Aidvid may allow you to provide a URL or other source for music or audio to be used in a video you create with Aidvid.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, licences, permissions and authorizations necessary for Aidvid to process the music at your request and for your intended use of the resulting video.
A YouTube URL or other publicly accessible link does not mean that the music is free to use or that you have permission from the copyright owner.
Aidvid does not verify ownership or licensing status of music provided through third-party sources and does not grant, sell or transfer rights to such music.
Paying Aidvid for video generation, downloading a generated video, or purchasing an Aidvid subscription does not grant you any copyright, music licence or other rights in third-party music.
You are responsible for determining whether you may use the music for your intended purpose, including private use, public sharing, social media, commercial use, advertising and monetization.
You must also ensure that your use of third-party content and services complies with applicable laws and any applicable third-party terms and restrictions.
By providing third-party music to Aidvid, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.
Use of third-party content is also subject to the Aidvid Terms of Service, including the representations and warranties concerning content you submit to Aidvid.
